Consulting
Scanzyme offers ideas and plan approaches that
include both the development of new techniques and also
the use of existing techniques.
Scanzyme also offer its know-how
as a service, and is available for consulting in all
of its specialty areas. Scanzyme services are provided to
companies and individual researchers on a contract or fee-for-service
basis.
Purification
and Characterization
Based on the
contract services, Scanzyme offers
purification and characterization of enzymes and enzyme
inhibitors from natural material like plants,
cell cultures, fermentation broth, and other relevant
sources. The purification strategy is based on your own
purification process or a process that Scanzyme develop.
Quantities between mg and grams of target enzyme or
inhibitor can be purified.
Assays
and spot tests
Development of enzyme assays and spot tests for "detection"
or "quantitative determination"
of "enzyme activity" in food,
feed, and other relevant industrial sources.
